One to one baby massage and parent support in Medway

Private sessions for parents who would rather not be in a group, cannot make the class times work, or simply want space to talk things through properly.

Group classes are not for everyone

Some parents love a room full of other parents. Others find the idea exhausting, particularly in the early weeks or after a hard birth. Neither is wrong. One to one sessions cover the same ground as our courses, just at your pace and with the whole hour focused on you and your baby.

They also suit families where the timings simply do not work, where a baby has particular needs that deserve unhurried attention, or where you would rather have a proper conversation than a quick word at the end of a class.

What a session can cover

  • The full baby massage routine, taught at whatever pace suits you
  • Targeted help with wind, colic and unsettled evenings
  • Building a bedtime and wind down routine that actually sticks
  • Reading your baby’s cues, and what to do when you cannot work them out
  • Tummy time, movement and play appropriate to your baby’s stage
  • Space to talk about how you are finding it, without an audience

This is practical, everyday support from someone who has spent sixteen years around families and has three children of her own. It is not medical advice, counselling or therapy. If you are struggling with your mental health, please talk to your GP or health visitor, who can help properly.

Common questions

How much does a one to one session cost?

It depends on how many sessions you would like and what you want to cover, so I price it once we have had a quick chat rather than putting a single number up here. Send me a message and I will come back to you with options.

Where do sessions take place?

Across Medway, and we will agree somewhere that suits you when you book. Let me know what you would prefer when you get in touch.

Can I book a one to one and a group course?

Yes, and some parents do exactly that. A single session before a course starts can take the edge off walking into a room of strangers, and a session afterwards is useful if something specific comes up at home.

Can my partner or another family member come?

Of course. Partners, grandparents and anyone else closely involved are very welcome. It often works well to have two people learning the routine.

Tell me what would help

Send me a message with your baby’s age and roughly what you are hoping for, and I will come back to you with what I can offer and what it would cost.
